When using the Azure AD option for Single Sign On see example below, you will find that you don't have access to a domains tab to enter additional domains.

This is by design, in order to claim additional domains please submit a support request to CloudHealth including a screenshot of the domain to be added under Azure Portal -> Azure AD -> Custom Domain Names 

Once we have the above CloudHealth Support can manually claim the Azure AD domain for you.
