If you encounter a 404 error when launching the "VMware Tanzu CloudHealth" service from the Cloud Services Platform (CSP) please double-check that the Organization Address details have been filled out under Organization -> Details:
NOTE: All of these 'Organization Address' fields are required. If you do not have a valid entry for a field, please enter NA to ensure the field still has an entry, as failing to provide data in each field will result in the 404 error.
Once these details have been added, please re-attempt launching the "VMware Tanzu CloudHealth" service.
