If the customized report is filtered using the last full month, it will rollover to the last full month when the subscription is triggered. 

Example, it is the month of February and the saved report is filtered for January, we will see the January cost in the report.  Once we move into March and the report get's triggered, it will report on the last full month, which will now be February, and so on.
