If assets or infrastructure is not appearing within CloudHealth as you expect, you need to ensure the account they belong to is configured and "Healthy" within the platform.
All AWS accounts, consolidated, standalone, or linked should be integrated into CloudHealth in order to access all applicable data and metrics. While you may only have a single AWS account, it is very common to have multiple accounts and all of them should be configured within CloudHealth with a "Healthy" status to ensure all the appropriate information is being gathered.
CloudHealth has different options, including a function to bulk import multiple accounts, for you to integrate several linked accounts at once if you have a large number of accounts.
