Account status is broken down into the following categories:
Healthy (teal) - The account is fully configured and CloudHealth has access to all appropriate data. Information associated to healthy accounts can be utilized inall parts of the CloudHealth platform.
Warning (orange) - The account has partial access to data associated to the account. While some data is being received, some parts of the CloudHealth platform (Rightsizing, for example) may not be accurate without the account being fully configured.
Critical (red) - A large portion of the data associated to this account is not being received by CloudHealth. Many functions and reports within the platform may be inaccurate until the issues associated are remedied.
Unknown (dark blue) - The basic account identification info is being pulled in to CloudHealth but no data is able to be accessed. This account is not configured.
Pending (light blue) - This status is generally very short-lived as it represents that the platform is processing a change in status. You may never see this status associated to accounts as it flips so quickly but accounts will hold this status for brief periods of time while transitioning to a new status.
