This most likely means that your CloudHealth role does not include permission to access this certain feature or area of the platform.
The 'Not Authorized' message as shown in the below screenshot will appear if this is the case:

In this case, we suggest that you reach out to your CloudHealth Administrator to discuss your current role and your needs within CloudHealth. Your Administrator will be able to amend your role and/or permissions to allow you access to the necessary features/areas of the platform if you do indeed require additional access.
