Our Interactive Reports are designed such that the URL of the report contains all selected options (Filters, categorizations, time period, etc). This URL is used to query for the data that you have selected.
In some rare cases, it is possible to create a query that is too large, resulting in a report that either will not build or cannot be saved. Most often, this is seen when selecting a large number of Perspective groups or service items as filters for a report.
Unfortunately, at this time we do not have a solution for when this condition occurs, other than to recommend that fewer filters are selected in the desired report.
If you are having issues with saving an Interactive Report (typically a red banner will appear stating that the report cannot be saved), feel free to contact your Technical Account Manager or our Technical Support team for guidance on how you could limit your report filters to generate a savable Interactive Report.
