Yes, you can disable specific assets so they not be collected.

By default, the configured Service Principal will attempt to collect all support assets.  If you would prefer security-related assets (such as key vault secrets) are not collected you can choose what CloudHealth will attempt to collect by "Configure optional security settings" as shown in the screenshot below:
