Yes, Databrick reservation orders fall under "Non-VM Reservation Orders".

The Azure Cost History Report breaks reservations into two categories:

"VM Reservation Orders" and "Non-VM Reservation Orders"

If you are looking for Databrick it would fall under the "Non-VM Reservation order" along with all other assets that are able to be reserved which are not VM’s.  You can click the chart on the desired time interval for a more detailed breakdown.  There is a column “service_type” which will help shed light on what type of reservation it is.
