If the CUR Refresh setting is enabled, CloudHealth is looking for changes in all 13 months every day. We do not lock months.  If CH detects a change in any of the previous 12 months, we will make the update in CloudHealth.

Azure

CloudHealth will collect the previous month and the current month every day until the 10th of the current month.  After the 10th, only the current month will be updated daily.  The previous month will be locked after the 10th. Customers/TAMs can request a refresh of locked months via support ticket.

GCP

CloudHealth will recollect GCP changes up to 60 days back.  If we detect a change in that 60 day window, we will collect the data and make the update in CloudHealth.  A request for a refresh of locked months can be made via support ticket.
